Shipping policy

Local Shipping

We provide free shipping for all individual orders above S$80.00 (value is subject to change).  

For orders below S$80.00, we provide the following local shipping options: 

  • Local Delivery (Standard) - shipping & delivery within 2 to 4 working days1
  • Local Delivery (Express) - shipping & delivery within 1 to 3 working days1

All orders are to be shipped out within 2 working days2 (non-public holiday Monday to Friday).

3PL (Third Party Logistics) Service Providers

The 3PL providers selected are at our discretion based on factors such as shipping times and cost.

The service providers are as follows:

 

Delivery delays and service quality issues due to the 3PL providers are not within our control.

Parcel tracking, arrangement of missed deliveries and courier feedback should be made with their respective customer support hotlines.

 

 

Important Notes on Deliveries

Kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Any shipping address amendments made after your parcel has been packed and put ready to ship will result in delays.

Once your parcel has been collected by the 3PL courier, any address amendments will have to be made via their respective customer support hotlines.

We are unable to fix specific dates and times for deliveries e.g. delivery only after 7pm. So do choose a shipping address where someone will be available to receive parcels throughout the day, or a location where parcels can be dropped off safely.

Our team endeavours to check and pack every order carefully before they leave our warehouse to minimise damage and defects during the transport and delivery process. 

  • If you receive a parcel that is badly damaged on the exterior e.g. torn and damaged box and external wrapping and/or visible product damage, please take a photo or video before opening the parcel and send it via WhatsApp to our sales support line at +65 91037555

 

  • If you encounter any actual product issues e.g. damaged or defective items, wrong item, item isn't working as advertised etc, kindly refer to our refund & exchange policy for more information.

 

 

In-Store Self Pickup

Customers who wish to save on shipping fees may opt for in-store self pickup during checkout. The pickup location will be from our main office/warehouse located at:

Collection timings are set from 1pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday (non-public holidays).

Upon payment and order confirmation, kindly send us a message with your name and order number via WhatsApp to our sales support line at +65 91037555 to confirm our availability before making your way over.

We seek your kind understanding that walk-ins and in-store browsing are strictly not allowed due to the nature of our business operations, as well as warehouse safety concerns.

All self pickup orders are to be packed and ready within 1 working day3

International Shipping

Cross-border orders are not supported at this time.



Order Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day.
