Refund policy

We are fully committed to customer satisfaction with our products and service quality.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you may request for an Exchange or Return/Refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


Wrong Item, Defects & Damages

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, or if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make things right for you. 

Do take note that there is a limited product warranty not inclusive of defects due to:

  • misuse,
  • tampering,
  • unauthorised modification, or
  • damage as a result of accident, water, impact or lack of proper care.


Which means exchange or return requests will not be approved if our findings reveal that damages or defects are due to any of the above reasons. 


Exchange Request 

Simply contact our sales support line via WhatsApp at +65 91037555 and provide your order number as well as supporting photo or video evidence for faster processing.

Once your exchange request is approved, our logistics team will bring you the new exchange piece within 3 working days (Mon to Fri, 11am to 4pm). 

Only one exchange request per order will be approved. So please check the exchange piece throughly before receipt. All original packaging, spare parts and accessories must be included as best possible in order to facilitate the exchange process. 


Return Request

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with all original packaging, spare parts and accessories included.

To initiate a return, you can contact our sales support line via WhatsApp at +65 91037555. If your return is accepted, we will either arrange for pick up of the return item using our own fleet, or we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receiving your returned item, it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 2 working days.



After the return has been approved, it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Please allow up to a further 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item. The refund will be issued by ANG LEE SENG PTE LTD to your original payment method.
We seek your understanding that delays to your refund due to special events (e.g. mega sales events) may be anticipated.
